I need script for netlisting and simulation outside of ADE.

You can simple save it in ocean script - ADE-Session-Save Ocean script

Then you can load it from icfb or even linux terminal.

Thanks I was able ocean script. But how i do i run with out opening ADE.

I mean want run netlisting and simulation outside ADE.

I usually do it in such way:
1. Open icfb.
2. Close icfb.
3. From terminal, where icfb was opened, type "ocean".
4. Then, type - load "/path_to_script/yourscript.ocn"
