What is the typical range of reversed recovery time for a Schottky power diode? I found it usually is not stated in datasheet. Many thanks.

Thanks rauol...
By the way, would it be faster than those labelled as 'ultra-fast' power diode?

Yes
Schottky rectifiers will be faster than the "ultra fast" rectifiers.
this is the reason that some companies have developed 200, 400 volt Schottky diodes
for use in multi megahertz power supplies

May I say that high voltage Schottky diode is still not popular yet? Besides, for similar power rating, would Schottky diode be more expensive than that of "ultra fast" diode? Thanks.

In very high frequency the "ultra fast" rectifiers will also become slow and unusable,
here you have no option but to use Schottky.
a new range of silicon carbide schotkky from INFENION are designed for high voltage applications.
price will be definately higher
