hi,

I have been working on Scattering from Eccentric Multilayered Cylinder. I have tried to write a MATLAB code on this topic, but I have not succeeded yet.
Does anyone have any MATLAB/FORTRAN code or any information or papers on this topic, specially in Analytic method.

I would very much appreciate your feedback.
