Hi I am very new to designing electronics. I am trying to design a circuit that will record each time a person blinks. It would be attached to their glasses. I am curious what the most simple way would be to record time to memory for later retrieval (actual time not required, just seconds passed since the device was turned on would do if necessary). I have never made a circuit with memory or time processes.
