Hi everyone,

I have obtained SAR results from CST MWS, and now I'm confused about the selection of the values that have been calculated.
I wonder which one to take, is it

Total SAR (rms) [W/kg]
or
Max SAR (rms,10g) [W/kg]

Thanks a lot

SAR exposure of 4 W/kg for whole body has been established as a limit value
Using an averaging cube of 10 g instead of 1 g of tissue mass reduce the spatially averaged SAR value. Typically by a factor 2.
