RS-232 Half duplex

Is there anyone have the sample connection and c code for RS232 Half duplex which use with RTS and DTS control pin?
 

RS-232 Half duplex

Take a look at 'beyondlogic.org'. They have a lot of info on RS232, such as accessing the regs in the uart, and sample C code. You might find something you can use.
