Yes. Gate bias of a JFET is a bit more complicated than of a MOSFET. You would connect a voltage divider (equal resistors) from U1A and U1B output to the gate to set the FET on state voltage and apply negative supply voltage V- to the gate to switch it off.When the switch is OFF the gate of the FET is floating.
Can i know what kind of switch (S1) you are using? Why is there a ground at the switch?
