Samba Users... Pay attention!!!

update your Samba server imediatelllllyyyyy...
There are a exploit, and the attacker can gain root access!
I have tested this exploit and it works!
The exploit works on all versions of Samba until 2.2.8a (i.e. <= 2.2.8)

Once again, install libsafe from:

h**p://www.research.avayalabs.com/project/libsafe/index.html

as system wide installation, and that will give you protection against yet unknown buffer overflow exploits!!
