Salam Every Body

Please any body can send me a brief discription how a Charge Cut off works
when a batter completes it,s charging then how a cut off give indication that the battery is full?????????????
also plz send me it,s diagram to make a charge cutt off

Are you talking about battery charger cut off circuit?
 

you can simply design that using your transistors or op-amp.
 

Lot of charging methods available...constant voltage charging, constant current charging, pulse charging, trickle charging, burst charging, etc...
most of them prefer constant current charging...
We can sense the charge level of a battery by measuring the current flow...
If the battery is empty the battery will take maximum current.
If the battery is full then current to the battery is almost zero. so we can cut the charging circuit connection or we can change to constant voltage mode...
