Hi,

I am using PIC18F65k22 with internal 1MHz frequency.

I am using internal RTCC using the LF-INTOSC of the PIC since the small error in the timer is not important my application and also to reduce costs and hardware.

When my CPU is running, the RTCC is working accurately. However, when CPU enters the Sleep Mode, the LF-INTOSC frequency is half.

I have assumed here, LF-INTOSC works when the device enters sleep mode.

To see the clock output, I have configured the RTCC Pin (RG4) to output the RTCC module clock. When the CPU is running, the clock output is appx. 33KHz and when CPU is in sleep mode it is 14KHz.

Can anyone please help me if I am missing any settings which affects the LF-INTOSC frequency in sleep mode?

Many thanks in advance.

Regards
