avr tiny timer

Hello
I have seen many topics on rt0s for avr.But I can not detect the best one suitable for myself.
I need a rtos that be open source in c code.If it have two version it is the best ,one version be tiny and other one be full(like as keeeiiil rtos for 8o51).Also it have documents in pdf format.

Please compare if there are many candidates for this.

It is an open source real time kernel that implements the multi-tasking. It is also written in C so adding components is easy. What other features do you require in the "full" version?
