rs422 comunication with ADM3076 help

hi,
we have a board that RS422 comunication used in it with ADM3076 full duplex IC . this IC works with 3.3V . and i am designing a board with ATmega64 that works with 5V and these boards must have connection with RS422 . now i have two questions :
1 : is it possible to use 2 ADM485 for RS422 in my board . this ICs works with 5V and they are half duplex(RS485)?
2: can I use ADM3076 in my board according to it's voltage? (I guess with voltage division by using 1.8 and 3.3 k resistors VCC and TX between micro and ADM3076but what aboat the RX? )
