I wouldn't expect either GND or VIN to be especially quiet
close-in to any converter. How "sensitive" is "sensitive"?
I've been bit real good (like full-chip relayout) by such
things, on-board crosstalk between adjacent pins.
If you have to cross, cross orthogonally. Do not run for
distance in parallel (in-plane or adjacent planes), there
are coupling modes your board tool may not comprehend
(I've seen voltage coupling, and I've seen magnetic from
longitudinal currents spray all over a GPS chip - though
hardly anything is as "clean-needy" as that.
It seems unlikely on its face that there is no cleaner routing
option. Maybe ones that are unappealing for other reasons.
