Hi, we have a small machine that sends parts from hopper to conveyor line. It uses Rodix Feeder Cubes as a controller for a DC agitator/vibrator for the hopper.

One input sensor that sends ON signal to the hopper controller is getting erratic power supply (24V).

Whoever installed this machine did not label wires or cap off wires that are routed but not terminated. So I have to figure out which wires were originally terminated and now came off of the terminals, and which ones were not meant to be terminated.

The Rodix Feeder cube manual is here.

Can you tell me what the terminal #1 is for? I am attaching the diagram.

Thanks. rodix.jpg
