right-half plane zero

Hi All,
I know that if I have some zeros in the feedback of a system this zero will become a pole once I close the loop.
But If I have one (or two should be the same) right half plane zero in a feedback what happen to them when I close the loop?
They become right half plane pole/s or maybe left half plane pole/s or something else?
Do you have some docs to suggest me to understand this?
Please let me know
Best regards
