ricoh chipset

have searched the whole site of RICOH semiconductor but couldn't locate the datasheet, anybody know what they are kind chipsets they are. thanks

As I want to help you in sourcing this part & get the Datasheet,
Please could you give us the pkg and pins of those two chips.
also , please give us the name of the equipment on which they are.
because perhaps I could find you a diagram on which they are.
are they parts of printers, copiers, gsms??
do you have a picture or photo of those chips you could upload?
Are you Sure that they are manufactured by Ricoh : what is the logo
& other markings,

Yes, it's from Ricoh

There's that big RICOH sign on the chip, both of them are from the DVD /CD writer, I suspect they might custom ASICS. Both of them are in TQFPs.

what is the part Number?
Yes because in fact it is possible to get the full diagram of it
but w/o any reference I cannot do it a search for you.
