there's someone who can tell me how I have to load the port with an impedence of 18-j140??

Hello,

this was a very long time I have not come to this forum and i have one question.
Generaly, i use Ansoft designer to make my RFID antenna, so i would like to try CST Microwave by exporting a dxf design.
I have a little big problem: i don't know how can i place my RF port (My chip impedance is: A jB).
I try to make that:
