Is the below equation valid to calculate RF power amplifier efficiency?
RF power amp efficiency formula.jpg

Probe4 is placed right before a resistor where DC voltage component of the amplified RF OUT power is supposed to be measured and Probe2 measures RF power IN.

Why you consider ALL harmonics' Power ?? Would you interested in the first harmonic only ?
Yes only the first harmonic P_Probe2.p[1]. But is there a formula for calculating efficiency of the DC output power to RF input power?

DC output Power ?? Simple...
P_Probe.p[0}

"Zero" represents always DC component of HB analysis.

Efficiency=(P_probe_Output.p[0]-P_probe_Input[.p1])/P_probe_DC.p[0]

If I understood your case.

Thank you for your answer. Is this equation valid though? Can I just replace the RF output with DC?

If there is a DC component at RF_Out Port, you can measure it.
If you draw your test set-up, I can say something more concrete. I don't wanna guide you incorrectly.
