RF interference on 3G UL due to WLL-1900 network across the border area

We are facing some interference challenge on 3G UL due to WLL-1900 DL frequency as it is same slot as of 3G UL. Anyone have an idea how to mitigate it and what is industry standard thresholds of minimum acceptable values of 3G over-spilling across the borders.
