HI please suggest me which tool of the following is better to design BPF,LNA and power amplifier of a ultra wide bandwidth Rx.....
(i)cadence
(ii)ADS
 

My personal opinion in this regards would be to use ADS and Genesys from Keysight:

Genesys have one of the best engines for filter design.
