I recommend you to use Gali5 or Gali55 or GAS1 or HELA-10 or Gali6 or ....

It has a quoted range of 1200 meters. That's quite a lot. If you need more than that you'll likely have to get a radio license from your country's regulating body and use a proper radio.

It's a 433MHz mdule and its range can not be extended by using Power Amplifier doe to Land License Regulations.
But it's technically possible to extend this frequency with a proper Power Amplifier and Antenna.
