What do you have in mind? If you are thinking 2-way communications, a power amplifier on the transmit side and LNA on the received side, combine the two amplifiers using a coax directional coupler. One of many trade-offs is to have sufficient isolation between the two so as not to distort / destroy the LNA.
This configuration is realizable of course but don't forget to arrange the impedance matching circuits for LNA and PA.
Because matching circuits will be completely different and you should care also TX/RX switching.
PA and LNA can not work simultaneously.
