Assumptions:
ZX Spectrum 48 has practically no sound, this interface allows for stereo sound in a decent quality using an external system Yamaha YM 2149 or AY3-8910, after applying adapter dip 40 to dip 28, also the systems AY 3-8912 may be connected.

The system bases on an old but still perfect solution named Melodik.
Schema:
Changes: Amplifier and speaker removed, smd components, adding edge rail for connecting the other extensions. The interface is fully passage.
The system can also be connected to other models ZX Spectrum and Timex. Although models +2 and +3 already have the AY system on the plate, but the audio output is mono.
