response of gsm is not appropriate

when i communicate gsm modem sim 900 with computer then it works properly and response is also as required but when i try to communicate with arm cortex 1788 then the gsm works properly like calling message and every commonds works properly but when i view its response it is not as required like when i send at it must reply ok but instead it reply at and when atd command is send then calling is done but instead but ok,no carriage ,no dial tone it simply reply atd only.what might be the problem plz help me.

What you are saying seems not clear to me, sorry. ;-)
But from what I understood, I advise you to do the same tests that you are doing with ARM on your pc.
One question, are you doing the tests in the same place?
Are you sure you are sending the data in the same format that you send to do the tests on pc?

yes i am sending in the same format and the command properly works also.message is send,calling process everyhtg is ok but the response from the gsm modem is not in proper way.when i send atd98....;then call is done but theresponse from the gsm modem must be ok but instead of ok i get atd98...;

Well, this is weird. If this command works in terminal pc and SIM900, it should work with ARM in the same settings.
It's just that command that u are finding this situation?
 

Sounds like your RX & TX lines are shorted on your ARM MCU, but since you have not posted:

1. Your circuit.
2. Code of your communications routines and command strings etc.

All anyone can do to help you is guess.
