Respiration sensor using MEMS

I have to design a respiratory sensor using MEMS accelerometers. Can anyone suggest references (reference designs , application notes, etc..) , for that?
 

you are actually applying MEMS sensor for your respiratory sensing propose..
just check with your MEMS sensor provider.. they should have reference design..
or may be post your MEMS sensor model here..

to Thiliniv, how about the principle of a respiratory sensor, it seems a interesting application
 

You will have to make sure that the acceleromoter is firmly attached to the skin. I suggest an elastic fabric that wraps around the chest.
