For use with Nano PLC you can try the PCIM from Schneider, they can give you a trial version (limited).

In my opinion the best is Wonderware (In Touch).

You can try RSView (AB) or WinCC (Siemens).
I recomend you using RSSoftware (AB). It is quite easy to simulate a SCADA system without using any hardware.

User guide is inlude in Scada CD which you will use.

WinTr SCADA is very easy to use, documentation and video tutorials available it's home page.
