hello
How could I design a reset circuit for below circuit?(both load and MCU must be reset)
I'll appreciate if you get some tutorials about designing reset circuit

What is defined as 'reset' condition for your circuit?

What is the intention of the 'load' circuit? It looks like a variable heat source (RV2, Q3) with a fixed current.

What is the MCU you are using?

I would use one of the many off the shelf single-IC watchdog and reset devices, available from many semiconductor suppliers, which have plenty of housekeeping features.

For instance: DS1706L

I want to put a key for circuit to restart the whole circuit(turning off and then on power)
I use AVR(MEGA8)
The LOAD is a Thermistor which is showed as a Potentiometer in picture
