Reset 555 ic need help

HOW TO MAKE THE TIMER 555 TO
RESET WHEN POWER ON

what is your actual requirement?

Now every time I plug the power once it is turned off once it is turned on
I need it to start always In off position
When I connect the power to the circuit in 12 volts to activate relay
