Hello. Does anybody have

"Statistical and Adaptive Signal Processing: Spectral Estimation, Signal Modeling, Adaptive Filtering and Array Processing"

by Dimitris G. Manolakis, Vinay K. Ingle, S. Kogan, Stephen M. Kogan in electronic format? how about solutions manual?
