Request for Programming Specification for ATMEL ATV2500

I'd like to make a programmer for a PLD called ATV2500, which is made by ATMEL. So I want the programming specification and algorithm (i.e. the waveform of signals applied to the pins of the IC during programming the IC's EPROM cell) of that IC, such that I can generate the appropriate signals for programming the IC.
If any one have this pls reply me.
