Industrial means -40°C to +85°C .. but what is INDUSTIAL & GREEN temeperature rating .. ATMEL only knows ..

According Atmel's Green Policy Specification, "GREEN" refers to lead-free, RoHS-compliant and halide-free, not to the temperature range.

M!k is most likely right: green may refer only to Pb FREE/ HALOGEN FREE PACKAGING ..
In other words, electrically speakinng and from your point of view there is no difference between those two ..
