Who knows what is the difference between these part numbers?

(1) AT89C5132-IL
(2) AT89C5132-UL
(3) AT89C5132-ROTIL
(4) AT89C5132-ROTUL

But what is the difference between Industrial and Industrial and Green?

Industrial means -40°C to +85°C .. but what is INDUSTIAL & GREEN temeperature rating .. ATMEL only knows ..

M!k is most likely right: green may refer only to Pb FREE/ HALOGEN FREE PACKAGING ..
In other words, electrically speakinng and from your point of view there is no difference between those two ..
