[REQ] Radio packet modem (Baycom: use TMC3105) programming

Require packet modem (Baycom: use TMC3105 chip from TI) programming.

It use DTR/CTS to transmit/receive data (see attached GIF image)

I need sourcecode (in C) to transmit/receive data,
to port to microcontroller such as 8051.

Any help?
