Dear Master!
My Project is electronic Ballaster.
ADUc814 is Controled it's Operation.
But First Start Time Delay is long (maybe 1sec), and Sometimes Chip goto Download
Mode when ignition voltage Exploded (About 2KVolt).
Mybe Noise effect!
How Can Solved it!
Please! reply it.

Try to reduce the noise efect using a multilayer PCB, optoisolated inputs and outputs. Use smd capacitors to reduce dv/dt of the IO pins. The impedance of inputs must be reduced as low is posible using resistor networks. The ground plane must be as large is posible.
Do not forget to screen the board; conect the screen at a "silent" potential.
