reply for Tellurite photonic crystal fiber to irfan1

I know that is in optics express paper and allowed for all people but i attatch it to all members who didn't see it before as it demonstrated that tellurite glass can be used to fabricate low-loss photonic crystal fibers and this can be usefull for any one.

it will be really nice for me, and I beleive for the others also, if you can post a message describing the contents of the attachment. I did not mean to offend you in any way. Like everybody else, I would like to know the contents of a file before downloading it.
