Hi everyone, I am assembling laser driver circuit using OPA350 operational amplifier, but it turns out it's very difficult to find a FZT869 transistor in my town. Can someone please suggest a replacement. It is an NPN transistor with the following characteristics:
Rce = 36ohms @ 5A
Continuous Collector Current is 7A (peak is 20A)
P = 3W
Collector-Base Voltage = 60V
Collector-Emitter Voltage = 25V
Emitter-Base Voltage = 6V
Peak Pulse Current = 20A
Temperature Range = -55 to +150 Celsius
Transition Frequency = 100MHz
