Replacement of At24c64 eeprom

Hi,
I was using AT24C64 but now I got AT24C64A and AT24C64C. Can I replace AT24C64 with AT24C64A or AT24C64C.(no code change ,only IC Replacement)
My supply voltage is 3.3V.
 

can it affect the clock rate and the so the performance?
