Replacement for RCA S6430D Thyristor ?

I tried to find datasheet for RCA S6430D Thyristor couldn't. Only found current=35A and voltage=400 V. It has 2 thick and 1 thin wire came out of one end. Its shape is cylindrical black packaging about 1.5 cm diameter and 5 cm long. one side there is a screw for fixing it to Instrument chassis and the other end 3 wire came out. I need to find a good replacement for it but it seems this device might has an extra diod inside. Anyone is familiar with this device and would suggest any good replacement?

I found following link which seems has datasheet for this RCA S6430D Thyristor but I don't have account here. Anyone has account in this site please download datasheet and post it for me or email me to agooseventapegie at Gmail dot com.
