[51] Replacement for obsolete Philips P89V51RD2???????

Hi All Greetings!!!

Hello, i am facing problem on Philips P89V51RD2 micro controller for the EOL(End of Lofe), we use it for the our automotive applications for the past year, and now it has been discontinued due to Philips selling it's semi-conductor operations last year. So I was wondering if anyone had a good substitute they had tried ??? Please advise me to find a good substitute.......!

According to the table selector presented on page bellow, both Nuvoton devices N78E517A and N78E366A, seems match to P89V51RD2:

Thanks for the Response, i have gone through the datasheet of N78E366A Controller its comparitively suits for our application, please advise me about the flash programming specification, i found dificulties in the LDROM and APROM1, APROM2, is it any other extrnal device need for programming the controller while it is on board.
