Can you tell me about the transistor (2N7000) for replacement this number?

Re: Transistor

Yes, it is an N channel E-mode MOSFET, capable of switching up to 400mA, at up to 60 volts. Any N channel Emosfet which will pass this much current should work as a replacement.

Re: Transistor

Hi. How do you do?!
BS170 is a good replacing candidate, you only need to notice the pin-out !
I put the information in the attached file for you.

VQ1000j and VQ1000p are suitable replacements also, but they are in Dual-in-Line package.

You may use NDF7000A easily too. Its pin out is similar to the 2N7000.

I wish your success.
Good Luck !
