relay type and how to take it out?

What type of relay is this? it's small

How do you take it out after you desoldered it or take it out of the socket, because when I used needle nose pliers it smashed and squeezed it

I also tried an IC remover tool but it was hard lifting the Relay out of the circuit or socket

What do you guys use? to lift up relays that are soldered and there is no room to slip a flat headed screwdriver underneath or between to rocked it out

Turn the board up-side-down and make sure the relay does not touch anything.
Now heat one connection and push the lead with the edge of a screwdriver. Work around each lead and gradually the leads will move through the holes in the PC board.
Now get a very pointed screwdriver and continue by pushing the lead through the hold while heating the lead.
The relay will fall off the board.

You could also use a de-soldering tool/wick and ****/draw out the solder from the board. Faster and less likely to damage the board than prying at the part.

Seems to me neither of you are qualified to be doing this work. I hope there aren't any ESD sensitive parts on the board. If you don't know what I'm talking about then you probably shouldn't be messing with the board in the first place.

What about if you have relays in sockets? how do you grip it to pull it out, if you don't have room to put a screwdriver underneath the relay or on the sides to lift it out of the socket. I used pliers but it squeezed the chassis of the relay

And what type of relays are these in the picture?

de-soldering tool. I desoldered more than 100 relays, just use desoldering pump and than take a flat screwdriver and put it under the relay and put a little bit of force slowly it will come out. make sure the pins are "floating" and no solder hold them in place.

The Relays are very close to each other , so there is no way to get a flat head screwdriver underneath them

Yes , I have tried using an IC extraction tool, and it didn't help much
