relay contacts sticking when switching running capactor

i am making a automatic water level controller, my motor is a single phase submersible motor it has a green push button with 2 no modules if i press the green button one no module will trigger a starting capacitor and another no module will trigger the contactor.
i am using 2 relays one for switching starting capacitor and another for switching contractor. when i give pulse signal from micro-controller to the 2 relays, the capacitor switching relay contacts gets sticking so that the circuit is not braked, so that the capacitor busts off. how can i avoid relay contacts sticking when switching starting capacitor kindly help.

You obviously have arcing across the contacts. They are not "sticking", they are being welded together. You need to suppress the arc with a snubber. Look at this:
