Relation between current and temperature in metals...

For metal interconnect ratings, electromigration lifetime goes as inverse
exponential of temperature. However the exponent fitting terms vary a
lot with metallurgy. See "Arrhenius equation". Then accept that you don't
know anything useful without a well-carried-out experimental result, on
somebody's part.
