compression point depends on LO power, Lower LO power low compression point.
Frequency range or bandwidth depends on how good you match with the mixer operation

ans:no, it depends on balance configuration, double triple etc.
hi LO power in mixer is for biasing the diodes inside the mixer and for frequency conversion.when LO power reaches certain level then only frequency conversion starts.
I think LO power has small effect on input compression point in integrated modulator/demodulator,even the discrete mixer. To keep the mixer work well you should keep the Lo in right power range.
For diode mixer (passive mixer), higher LO power can improve the compression point to some extent. And the LO power is often in the range of 3 to 10dBm.
