regions of operation

iam new to cadence
could some one tell me what is region 1,2,3,and 4 in mos?

Hi,

region 1 is triode
region 2 is saturation
region 3 is subthreshold region

another one Region 0 it is for cutoff

Region 4 maybe breakdown region ( I am not sure about this)

how to find value of current or voltage at a particular point in circuit in cadence?
