saturate1 saturate0

In the spectre DC simulation, the bipolar region shows saturate0 or saturate1, what is meaning of it , someone knows?

region of bipolar

Spectre comes with a device checker (assert), which allows the user to set custom characterization checks to determine special regions of operation (s. spectremod.pdf, p. 96 ff. in the Cadence doc).

Somewhere in your custom spectre models you should find the definition of these regions. Search for "assert".
