Regarding SMPS circuit

I need a SMPS circuit which gives 75 watts, 24V dc output from ac input between 180v to 260v. and May i get the layout also, and i am in bangalore so all the components should availble in the bangalore like that i need a SMPS circuit.

You can download the software PI expert and make design yourself by inputting the input parameters. All you have to do is to fine tune the circuit.
