hi presently i am working on design of data converter.....in my circuit have a SC-circuits......with opamap........but the problem is due to offset error of opamp....the over all signal either shifted in +ve direction or -ve direction......in onchip how can i take care this offset error.......and my circuit is fully differential.....plzzzzzz suggest me......

i think i didn't understand you

any way; the offset problem was affecting me and i can remove it by making the circuit of subtractor.

it gives us a small error but offset problem is decreased

CAESER: how do u designed subtractor?? a dc subtractor??

you may go for offset cancellation using switched capacitors....

DC subtractor i believe is related to digital correction in which the difference voltage between the two inputs is digitally subtracted which sets a threshold upto whatever be the offset it will be made zero due to the step size of the digital correction circuit....

can you suggest some source about "offset digital cancellation"?
thanks!
