Yes you can.

Go to the local book store and buy them. There are a lot of good books on this subject.

- PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDS, Design , fabrication and assembly by R.S. Khandpur
- SIGNAL INTEGRITY SIMPLIFIED BY Eric Bogatin
- HIGH-SPEED CIRCUIT BOARD SIGNAL INTEGRITY by Stephen C. Thierauf
- SIGNAL INTEGRITY ISSUES and PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD DESIGN by Douglas Brooks
- PRINTED CIRCUITS HANDBOOK by Clyde F. Coombs

Just to name a few.
