Hi All,

I want to do PI analysis (IR drop and impedance analysis) in Sigrity tool for a package board. i can do IR drop simulation for pcb board but for the package board I got error "out of memory please try this case in bigger system". but my system has 16 GB RAM and more than 100 GB free space in C drive.

I am new in this tool. Is there anyone experienced error like this and how can we solved this.

Also according to the manual in sigrity the minimum requirement is 2 GB RAM only. I have installed the tool in window 7 64 bit OS.

so, what is the actual system requirement...32 bit /64 bit Window7 is ok not???

plz help me...
