Reference circuit for isolated digital inputs

Hello all,

I am designing a controller board for industrial process based on a MCU that requires 5 digital isolated inputs. Does anyone can help me out finding some reference board schematic?? inputs are 0-5V.

Use 817 (opto isolator)
